just kidding. I'm glad he's ok. If a car turns right into you, always always always assert your right to the lane/bikelane when the cops show up at the scene. If they signal and cut you off, sucks they didn't see you, but I'm pretty sure that means they're at fault for merging into an occupied lane of traffic.
